Capability without identity
A bench entry is a reference code, never a person. The bench holds consultants, engineers, auditors, domain experts, academics and retired practitioners — some with a whole career in aviation, some bringing quality, finance, legal, supply chain or engineering depth from other sectors. Published: role type, sector of origin, aviation exposure, qualification domains, regulatory or other approvals held, length of experience, the types of work and projects delivered, and the capabilities held with the level of evidence behind each. Withheld: full name, location, employer history, curriculum vitae, certificates, contact details and rate. Identity is never disclosed to a client. Where a client's site security requires a name for access, Aerospace Garage provides it to that security office under its non-disclosure agreement, outside the engagement.

Every registration is evidence-checked. A practitioner appears on the bench only after opting in and passing review.
LOADING BENCH
Entries are published only with the practitioner's consent and after review, and stay anonymous throughout scoping, delivery and payment unless the practitioner agrees otherwise in writing. Approaches are made by Aerospace Garage Limited, never directly, and every engagement runs under the Client Services Agreement on one side and the Consultant Services Agreement on the other.
