Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of the Aerospace Garage platform, including the website, terminal, directory, newsletters, reports and related services (the “Services”).
1. Who we are
The Services are operated by Aerospace Garage Limited (“Aerospace Garage”, “we”, “us”), an Aviation Consulting and Digital Media Library, Distribution and Management Company registered in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Our business combines advisory and consulting services for the aviation and space sectors with the curation, licensing, distribution and management of a digital media library of industry information, imagery, research and editorial content.
2. Nature of the service
Aerospace Garage provides aviation consulting and advisory services together with a digital media library that we curate, distribute and manage. The platform is an independent information and business-intelligence service. We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or a party to any transaction between users. Directory, product and market records are compiled from open-source and public-domain information and provided for reference only.
3. Accounts & eligibility
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to register. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
4. Subscriptions & purchases
Paid plans, reports and newsletters are billed through our checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Prices, taxes and refund eligibility are described at checkout and in the Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute our content or data except as expressly permitted; not to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Services; and not to upload unlawful, infringing or misleading material. Directory registrants confirm they are authorized to represent the company they list.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, and all content we create, are owned by Aerospace Garage or its licensors and protected by law. Market data and indices are used under license from their providers. Third-party names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their owners and appear for identification and commentary only, which does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
7. Advertising & third-party links
The Services contain advertising and links to third-party sites and content, which we do not control and do not endorse. Advertising is labeled and kept separate from editorial. Your dealings with advertisers or third parties are solely between you and them.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aerospace Garage disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on the Services. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and the courts of Abu Dhabi have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Services or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
