Who you are contracting with
Aerospace Garage Limited is licensed in the Masdar City Free Zone, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The licence covers two activities: aviation consulting, and digital media library, distribution and management. Intelligence products, publications, the Weekly and advertising are delivered under the second; engagements and advisory under the first. We are not licensed to recruit and do not place staff.
Every engagement is contracted with Aerospace Garage Limited as the accountable party. A company never contracts with an individual specialist through this platform, and a specialist never contracts with the company.

Governing law and language
Agreements are governed by the laws applicable to Aerospace Garage Limited in the Masdar City Free Zone, Abu Dhabi, unless an engagement agreement states otherwise in writing.
English is the language of record. Summaries are offered in other languages for understanding only; where a translated summary and the English wording differ, the English wording governs.

How your data is held
Engagement documents, briefs, CVs and certificates are held in private storage. They are not public, not indexed and not served by any public link. Access is by signed-in role or by a single-purpose token issued to a named party.

How credentials are verified
A registration is a claim until it is checked. Before any specialist is put in front of a company, the desk checks the stated approvals and roles against the issuing authority reference, the organisation named, and the dates given.
CVs and certificates are requested at scoping, from the practitioners actually under consideration, never at registration and never in public.
An unverified entry is marked unverified and is not matched to an engagement.

Confidentiality and the two-way wall
A mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed before any confidential programme detail is taken. Specialists sign a confidentiality and conflict declaration before assignment detail is disclosed to them.
A company never sees a specialist's identity, rate or CV before that specialist accepts and both agreements are signed. A specialist never sees the price the company is paying.

Export control and scope
Scope is civil aviation and aerospace only. Defence, weapons and military work is declined in writing.
Intake asks export-control questions directly. Where a request touches controlled technical data, the engagement does not proceed until the position is documented and the parties confirm they may lawfully exchange it.
We do not work with sanctioned countries or sanctioned persons; a declaration is required at registration and at intake.

E-signature and audit trail
Signature is in-house. A document must be scrolled in full, the signer types their own name and confirms a declaration.
Each signed document is rendered to a PDF carrying the signer, the timestamp, the network origin, the document version and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the clause text, so any later alteration of the wording is detectable.
A copy is filed privately against the engagement and emailed to the signer and to info@aerospacegarage.com.

Payments, refunds and credit notes
Aerospace Garage Limited is the single contracting counterparty in every engagement. Deposits and milestone payments are received and held by Aerospace Garage Limited as principal and are recorded on the engagement's ledger; every invoice, payment, payout and refund is reconciled to that ledger and appears on each party's statement. Aerospace Garage Limited does not act as an escrow agent, trustee or payment institution; it pays practitioners from cleared client payments in accordance with the Consultant Services Agreement.
Stripe is the payment provider. Invoices are raised per milestone in USD, numbered and tax-compliant, and filed to the engagement's Documents tab with their receipts. Card and bank transfer are supported.
The deposit is refundable in full if no expert is confirmed within ten working days.
Where work is not delivered against an accepted milestone, the invoice is cancelled or a credit note is issued against it; credit notes are numbered and filed with the invoice they correct. Amounts already earned against accepted milestones are not refundable.
Specialists are paid against a payout statement in their own name. A specialist never sees the client invoice, and a company never sees the payout statement.

The two agreements, in summary
Client Services Agreement — Aerospace Garage Limited delivers the agreed scope as the accountable party, to the named deliverables, dates and milestone acceptance windows. It covers confidentiality, intellectual property in the deliverable, change control, liability limits, payment terms and termination. The company deals with one counterparty throughout.
Consultant Services Agreement — the specialist works as an independent supplier to Aerospace Garage Limited, not to the company. It covers confidentiality, conflict declaration, non-circumvention, ownership of the work produced, milestone payment, invoicing to Aerospace Garage Limited, and the right to decline work without penalty.
The agreements themselves are private. They are issued inside an engagement, to the parties to that engagement, and are not published.

How we use AI
Aerospace Garage is an AI-powered platform operated by practitioners. AI is used to ingest, translate, cluster and draft from open-source and public-domain material, to power the platform-only desk assistant, the bottleneck triage tool and the analytics series, and to keep directory and signal data current.
AI does not sign anything. Every published brief is reviewed by the desk before release, every analytics series carries a named method note, and every consulting deliverable, opinion and record is issued under the name of an accountable practitioner. The desk assistant answers only from Aerospace Garage content and states when it cannot.
Client engagement documents, briefs, CVs and certificates are never submitted to any AI model without the written consent of the party that provided them.
