Who does what, in what order
Before any engagement — the bench
Practitioners enrol privately. AI proposes capability tags from the CV; the practitioner confirms; Aerospace Garage verifies against certificates and references. Only then does a reference tag appear on the bench. No cost to the practitioner.

Aerospace Garage takes no defence or military work. Every intake, scope note, shortlist, room and file is checked; anything defence-related is stopped.

The same process, seen from both sides
Aerospace Garage Limited scopes the work, assembles the practitioner who has cleared that blockage before, manages the engagement and stands behind the deliverable. Clients contract with us; consultants invoice us. Neither side manages the other.

Describe the blockage
Where the programme is stuck, which system it concerns, which authority is involved, what date is at risk. No job specification required.
- STEP 02
We come back with a scope
A written scope naming the deliverable, the dates, the effort estimate and the price. If we cannot help, we say so rather than proposing something adjacent.
- STEP 03
Work order signed with us
One agreement, with Aerospace Garage Limited. You have no contractual relationship with any individual consultant, and no contractor to manage.
- STEP 04
Delivery and acceptance
We manage progress and flag any risk to the estimate early. On delivery you have a defined acceptance window, with a reminder before it closes.

Register in three minutes
State your role type and the sector you come from, how much aviation exposure you have, the approvals you held, the disciplines you worked, the capabilities you can evidence — aviation-specific or general professional — your availability and your floor rate. Upload your CV and certificates to a private vault that only Aerospace Garage opens. No account to create.
- STEP 02
Stay private, or opt in to an anonymised bench entry
Your registration is private by default and we approach you when a scoped engagement matches what you actually did. If you want to be findable, tick the bench box: once we have verified your credentials, an anonymised entry appears under a reference code showing only your country of location, qualification domains, approvals held, years of experience, the types of work and projects you deliver, and your availability. Your floor rate is held by Aerospace Garage only. Your name, city, employer history, curriculum vitae, certificates and contact details are never published. Your identity is never disclosed to a client. Where a client's site security requires a name for access, Aerospace Garage provides it to that security office under its non-disclosure agreement, outside the engagement.
- STEP 03
Accept or decline
No obligation and no ranking penalty for declining. You state your floor rate, held by Aerospace Garage only, and your availability window, and you can pause at any time.
- STEP 04
Deliver, then invoice us
You contract with Aerospace Garage Limited, not with the client. Your amount for each milestone is fixed in your brief before you accept a seat and is never shown to the client. Aerospace Garage Limited pays you that amount once the client's payment for the milestone has cleared, through the payout method on your record; you do not invoice the client. Changes to your amounts happen only through a change note signed by both parties, and your bank details can change only after email confirmation and a seven-day waiting period.

- You contract with Aerospace Garage Limited. The fee is fixed per milestone in the priced proposal you accept. You pay a deposit on acceptance and each milestone on your written acceptance of it, by card on the secure payment page or by bank transfer against our invoice. Aerospace Garage Limited holds these payments as the contracting counterparty and pays the practitioner from them; no payment is due for work you have not accepted, and the price changes only by a change note you sign.
- For practitioners
- You contract with Aerospace Garage Limited, not with the client. Your amount for each milestone is fixed in your brief before you accept a seat and is never shown to the client. Aerospace Garage Limited pays you that amount once the client's payment for the milestone has cleared, through the payout method on your record; you do not invoice the client. - Scope changes
- Any change to deliverable, dates or effort is recorded in writing and priced before chargeable work continues. Neither side absorbs a silent change.
- Early warning
- If an effort estimate is at risk, we expect notice within two working days so the client can decide rather than discover.

- My approval has lapsed — am I eligible?
- Yes. What matters is that you held it and did the work. Currency is a matter for the scope, and we state it to the client.
- Can I register while still employed?
- Yes, provided your employer permits outside work. You declare your status on the form and we respect any restriction you set.
- Is my profile visible to companies?
- Never by name. Registrations are private by default. If you opt in, only an anonymised bench entry is published — a reference code with country, qualification domains, approvals, years, work types and availability. Your floor rate is held by Aerospace Garage only. Your identity is never disclosed to a client. Where a client's site security requires a name for access, Aerospace Garage provides it to that security office under its non-disclosure agreement, outside the engagement. On the portal board you post under your code. Approaches always come from us, never directly from a company.
- Do you accept non-civil work?
- No. Engagements are civil aviation and aerospace only, assessed against the applicable certification basis. Where a programme has more than one application we consider only the civil element and say so in the scope.
- How much technical detail should I share?
- None at intake. Describe capability and approvals held, never programme content. Anything requiring technical disclosure happens under a signed agreement.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND CONTROLLED INFORMATION
Intake forms capture capability, approvals and availability only. Neither form asks for technical programme content, drawings, specifications or performance data, and none should be entered. Any exchange requiring controlled or proprietary information takes place under a signed agreement after scoping, with the relevant export-control obligations identified in advance. Nothing on this page forms an offer or a contract: the binding instruments are the Consultant Services Agreement and the Client Services Agreement — neither is published; each is issued privately for signature once an engagement is formally approved by all stakeholders — each signed separately with Aerospace Garage Limited and each recorded with its version, clause fingerprint and timestamp. Aerospace Garage Limited is licensed and registered in the Masdar City Free Zone, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; both agreements are governed by the laws of the UAE as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and the Company contracts only within the activities its free-zone licence permits.
