What you will be able to do
- ✓ Design a maintenance human factors programme with an accountable sponsor, a named owner, roles, resources and a sequenced roadmap, and lead its introduction.

- ✓ Design an internal reporting scheme and internal just culture rules under Part-145 and Regulation (EU) No 376/2014, and measure safety culture with a structured survey.
- ✓ Run an investigation programme, compare event rates fairly between stations and verify that corrective actions work.
- ✓ Manage fatigue at organisation level through a written policy, roster and overtime limits and regular fatigue data.
- ✓ Capture expert knowledge through mentoring, structured on-the-job training and controlled video work instructions, and build a multi-year business case for the programme.
