China lands a reusable rocket booster — and the launch-cost map shifts east

For operators across Asia, Africa and the Middle East buying rideshare capacity, a second source of reusable launch is negotiating leverage they did not have last year. The figure to watch is not the landing but the turnaround: days-to-reflight is where cost is actually made, and no published number exists yet for it.
